Spin offers an energizing, cycling-inspired group exercise training program with expert coaching, exhilarating music, and a unique mind/body philosophy – all at a self-directed pace.

 Four week sessions

Tuesday & Thursday mornings and afternoons with James at

5:30-6:15am  & again at 1:30-2:30pm

Monday & Friday nights at 6:00-6:45pm
