Tai Chi’ Chuan

Refresh your QI(CHI) Qi is the universal energy, including heat, light, and electromagnetic energy which is the energy which is the energy circulating in your body. Tai Chi is a gentle martial art. Our class practices the Yang 108 move and an ancient Yang warm up. In addition, we delve into the 5 elements of Qigon. We have also added Tai Chi Fan.
